Getting Here. Travelers from Tokyo, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore can fly direct to the Mactan International Airport. Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, Air Philippines and Grand Air fly passengers regularly between Manila and Cebu, with flights lasting about an hour.

Taxis also queue at most hotels and shopping centers and cars be requested by telephone. Car rental companies have offices around Metro Cebu, in major hotels, and at the airport.
